Art therapy is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and gain insight into your emotions. It's a safe and non-judgmental way to explore one’s feelings and work through difficult experiences.


The students of Gr 12 engaged in Art therapy as a part of their Psychology class and expresses their emotions and feelings through this innovative activity
